Welcome to the best guitar blog – ever!

My name is Dan Sandman; I am a guitar tutor and musician from North London with a passion for guitar tuition. The perfect guitar lesson should be fun, informative and inspiring. It is my job to give my students the best possible tailored lessons to meet their needs, interests and ambitions. The guitar lessons, guitar exercises and guitar tips available on this blog were all influenced by my students and have been proven to work alongside guitar lessons from an experienced guitar instructor. Although it is not absolutely necessary to study guitar with an experienced tutor, it most certainly will help you improve your guitar playing sooner rather than later. This blog is free and regularly updated with guitar lessons, guitar exercises, guitar chords, guitar scales, ect. All the resources have been tried and tested in the real world with my students who are some of the most cool people that I know.

This jamtastic guitar blog is all acoustic guitar and electric guitar. So far I have posted acoustic guitar lessons on everything from acoustic guitar song-writing, finger-style acoustic guitar, Celtic flat-picked acoustic guitar and classical guitar pieces arranged for acoustic guitar. In addition, I have posted some electric guitar based heavy metal guitar lessons including some useful technical exercises and helpful helpful resources such as scales, chords and arpeggios. This jamtastic free guitar lessons blog is on-going and growing all the time; so far I have managed to put up a new free guitar lesson every single weekday since early September 2011. I hope you’ll find the blog to be informative, entertaining and maybe a little inspiring. Please do get in touch with any positive feedback you might have.
