Technical Exercises

Today I have a three part guitar lesson to help you get your lead guitar playing skills up to scratch. All the parts are in triple time and will require you to spend some time thinking about the direction of you pick as it travels across the strings. The first technical exercise is relatively simple and forms a good theoretical context for the following parts. The exercises are recommended for advanced players because they require a great deal of muscle strength and co-ordination from the picking hand.
